A bearing calculation and analysis software platform has been developed based on standards such as DG03, ISO76, ISO281, and TS16281, which can quickly perform the following calculations: bearing load distribution, raceway contact stress, roller repair stress distribution, quenching layer depth, service life, raceway fatigue damage, etc.
Based on conventional FEA related software such as Ansys and Romax, secondary development is carried out to establish a finite element calculation platform, realize modeling, pre-processing command flow, result extraction and processing, standardize programming, conduct systematic analysis of bearing inner and outer rings, bolts and other related connection structural components, and perform static strength verification and fatigue damage verification of bearings.
